So I’m veering a bit from my traditional healthy tip post, but I’m leaving very soon for my vacation so I:
1. needed to spend more time on packing
2. really wanted to share this anyways as school is starting soon and I think it’s awesome to see a variety of healthy options in one place!
I hope you guys aren’t too upset at me, I really did put a lot of effort into this post so I hope you enjoy it!
Ps. I tried to pick all vegan-friendly, peanut free, soy-free, dairy, gluten and meat free options, however if one of the suggestions listed below includes these options, you can easily omit or substitute. The healthy meal idea is what I’m trying to convey, not the specific ingredients in each meal.
