Yep. You read that right. Chocolate. Coffee. Smoothie.
I just about died when I tried this! I’ve actually been pretty bad at making smoothies every morning, I sleep in a bit later and for some reason take longer to get ready now so my smoothie making days kind of came to a hault. I started making regular cups of coffee in the morning and enjoying a baked goodie (vegan and gluten free) I made that week instead. So one morning I got the bright idea to add my coffee to my smoothie! Man, that was a good decision. If you’re looking to eat a bit healthier in the morning, want something easy to make for an -on-the-go lifestyle and still want to get your morning coffee – this smoothie is for you!
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Ground Coffee Beans
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
3 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Maca
Method:
Blend everything together in a high-speed blender, pour into your favourite cup or to-go mug and enjoy!
